Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ad666 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers for an account, accesses, or uses any service offered through the ad666 website located at https://ad666.net and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Account Registration and Security

Registration with ad666 creates a single personal account. The following obligations apply to all registered users at all times.

1. You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and operate. This number will be used for account recovery, KYC verification, and withdrawal processing. It must remain active and accessible throughout your use of ad666.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
3. You must use a unique password for your ad666 account. Using the same password as your bKash, Nagad, bank, or other financial accounts is strongly discouraged and increases your risk of financial loss if your password is compromised.
4. You must notify ad666 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ad666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
5. Each player may hold only one active account. If you already hold an ad666 account, you must not create a second account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process available on the login page.

ad666 implements SSL encryption on all account sessions and all financial transactions. However, the security of your account also depends on actions you take. ad666 strongly recommends that you log out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ad666 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits made to your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The following rules govern withdrawals from your ad666 account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdraw als are processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. Withdrawals to a different payment method require additional identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. During periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance, processing times may extend up to 24 hours.
• ad666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Bonuses and Promotions

ad666 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of each individual offer.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real money balance. Wagering requirements must be met using real money or bonus funds as specified in the individual offer terms before any portion of the bonus is converted to withdrawable cash.
• The standard wagering requirement (rollover) for the ad666 welcome bonus is stated on the promotions page and must be completed within the validity period specified. Failure to meet the rollover requirement within the validity window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. ad666 may use technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate bonus claims.
• ad666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of modification will continue to be subject to their original terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking the details of their bet slip or game selection before confirming. ad666 will not reverse a bet on the grounds of a player's error in selection.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or system failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round or bet, ad666 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's real money balance.
• Cricket betting markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team fixtures) are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, all pre-match bets will be voided unless specific market rules state otherwise.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, the decision to suspend or close an account and forfeit associated funds rests solely with ad666. Account Suspension and Termination

ad666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 9.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ad666.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for any criminal purpose, pending investigation.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion or account closure requests submitted to [email protected].

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-linked winnings) will be refunded to the player's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ad666 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ad666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the ad666 platform without prior written consent from ad666. Unauthorised use of any ad666 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad666 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical failure, network interruption, or force majeure event that prevents the proper settlement of a game round or bet.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised use of their account by a third party where the player has not taken reasonable precautions.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.
• Any loss caused by a player's own breach of these Terms, including breach of the eligibility requirements in Section 3 or the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 9.

Amendments to These Terms

ad666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ad666 will provide notification to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the ad666 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ad666 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
